Jacobus Winnepennincx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dries Poelmans went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Andre Switten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC HOROZ's Jacobus Winnepennincx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dries Poelmans in the 10th minute of play. Nic Van haeck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobus Winnepennincx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dries Poelmans in the 13th minute of play forced FC HOROZ's goalkeeper Jacobus Winnepennincx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Orso's Sylvan Huyberechts got control of the ball when Hendrik Van de Putt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sylvan Huyberechts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philippe Verheijt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as FC HOROZ's Philippe Verheijt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sylvan Huyberechts. That made the score 1-1 after 18 minutes of play. FC HOROZ's Jacobus Winnepennincx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommie Callaerts in the 23rd minute of play. If Tommie Callaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobus Winnepennincx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommie Callaerts in the 35th minute of the match. FC Orso's Dries Poelmans got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dries Poelmans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobus Winnepennincx having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Tommie Callaerts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Orso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommie Callaerts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dries Poelmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobus Winnepennincx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommie Callaerts in the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes FC HOROZ got a freekick which was hit by Ignace Quvelirs. Richmond Huijbregs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobus Winnepennincx having to interfere. Dries Poelmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jacobus Winnepennincx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tommie Callaerts to make the kick off. FC HOROZ's Jacobus Winnepennincx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richmond Huijbregs in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC HOROZ's zone, Tommie Callaerts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobus Winnepennincx came out of the goal and Tommie Callaerts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tommie Callaerts came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the FC Orso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tommie Callaerts couldn't finish the play. If Tommie Callaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, FC HOROZ's goalkeeper Jacobus Winnepennincx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richmond Huijbregs. FC HOROZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Tommie Callaerts scored to the left of an out of position Jacobus Winnepennincx, making the score, 1-2. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC HOROZ's goalkeeper Jacobus Winnepennincx, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC HOROZ's Jarno Van Leempten got a free kick in the 64th minute. Jacobus Winnepennincx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richmond Huijbregs in the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Dries Poelmans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd match minute, FC HOROZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunther Denys to maneuver through the defense. Dries Poelmans struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Jacobus Winnepennincx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Orso. Richmond Huijbregs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacobus Winnepennincx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommie Callaerts's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Richmond Huijbregs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobus Winnepennincx having to interfere. Jacobus Winnepennincx was a little too slow when Richmond Huijbregs got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-3. If Richmond Huijbregs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sylvan Huyberechts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hendrik Van de Putt's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the match was over FC Orso could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC HOROZ throughout the match.
