In the 16th minute Rene Horemans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julien Schoenmaekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurus Tilemans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Billie Neys in the 20th minute. Club Diepenbeek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ward Van Haeght was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind rsc Vilvo's goalkeeper Maurus Tilemans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Patrik De Hooge hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match.
