Ben Cremers took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patrik Englebert. KV Oosterzele's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. KV Oosterzele's Patrik Englebert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save KV Oosterzele from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on KV Oosterzele's corner Jorre Luytens fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fredrik Hennes quite easily take care of the ball. Patrick Heirpoel might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fredrik Hennes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The corner ended in Edgar Bartochowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KFC Dergneau's Fredrik Hennes did a great save. There was no doubt that KV Oosterzele were the better team. KV Oosterzele's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
