Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Raymond Blomme kicked off to start the match. Terry Quintens made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Jacq Wolfdoncx sent off a good shot on target. After 9 played minutes Fauvillers got a freekick which was hit by Ian Govaerts. Raymond Blomme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Embourg's goalkeeper Terry Quintens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Embourg's Terry Quintens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymond Blomme in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Raymond Blomme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Terry Quintens was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Dominick Rix hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute Raymond Blomme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Terry Quintens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Embourg's Terry Quintens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymond Blomme in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Embourg's zone, Raymond Blomme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Terry Quintens came out of the goal and Raymond Blomme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute, Jacq Wolfdoncx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raymond Blomme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Fauvillers's Raymond Blomme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Terry Quintens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Raymond Blomme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fauvillers's supporters rose to their feet, but Raymond Blomme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Terry Quintens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Embourg's Terry Quintens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymond Blomme in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luuk Van Eijcken made a kick off. Fauvillers's Jacq Wolfdoncx got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 53 minutes into the game, Fauvillers's Jacq Wolfdoncx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Terry Quintens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Raymond Blomme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Terry Quintens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Embourg's zone, Jacq Wolfdoncx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Terry Quintens came out of the goal and Jacq Wolfdoncx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute, Raymond Blomme made a precise shot to the right of Terry Quintens. Embourg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 66 minutes into the match, Embourg's goal looked a bit too open when Jacq Wolfdoncx came free, but Terry Quintens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Jacq Wolfdoncx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Terry Quintens was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 76thth minute of the game Raymond Blomme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Embourg's Terry Quintens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacq Wolfdoncx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Terry Quintens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Terry Quintens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Blomme in the 79th minute of play. Terry Quintens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raymond Blomme, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Jacq Wolfdoncx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Raymond Blomme put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Terry Quintens. Terry Quintens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Blomme in the 91st minute of play. Dominick Rix hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fauvillers had played much better football throughout.
