Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luuk Van Eijcken kicked off to start the match. Anthoon De Boeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Terry Quintens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Terry Quintens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoine De nuijter, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Luuk Van Eijcken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Ief Lombaert kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Terry Quintens. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Luuk Van Eijcken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Embourg's goalkeeper Terry Quintens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ief Lombaert. Antoine De nuijter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terry Quintens having to interfere. Ief Lombaert's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Terry Quintens skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Terry Quintens made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ief Lombaert sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Embourg getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Luuk Van Eijcken hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gunther Schoolmeesters during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gunther Schoolmeesters kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Ief Lombaert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Anthoon De Boeck's late challenge caught a Embourg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anthoon De Boeck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Anthoon De Boeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ief Lombaert got free with Terry Quintens in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, Bruges fc's Antoine De nuijter dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antoine De nuijter to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Jan Bouman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Terry Quintens was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Antoine De nuijter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terry Quintens having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Embourg got a freekick which was hit by Luuk Van Eijcken. If Antoine De nuijter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Ief Lombaert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89thth minute of the game Ief Lombaert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Embourg's Terry Quintens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Bruges fc's Jan Bouman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Terry Quintens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Anthoon De Boeck hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Antoine De nuijter took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Terry Quintens. Terry Quintens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0.
