Jannick Heers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephan Van Bockorst having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, KFC Forges's goalkeeper Stephan Van Bockorst had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Senne Caes. If Jannick Heers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jannick Heers in the 28th minute of play forced KFC Forges's goalkeeper Stephan Van Bockorst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, KFC Forges's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Senne Caes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Stephan Van Bockorst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jannick Heers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stephan Van Bockorst was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arthur-Maurits De Raeve showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 42 minute of play. The supporters of KFC Forges booed when Bokstale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Senne Caes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arthur-Maurits De Raeve kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

After 52 minutes of play, Bokstale's Jannick Heers made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stephan Van Bockorst was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Benjamin De Raeve fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KFC Forges's protests and gave Benjamin De Raeve a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bokstale booed when KFC Forges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin De Raeve didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nestor Goovaers, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Stephan Van Bockorst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jannick Heers in the 59th minute of play. Joel Turpin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willem-Jan De Weijgaert having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Jullian de Pelsmaeker fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. KFC Forges's Benjamin De Raeve got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Benjamin De Raeve off the ground. After 65 played minutes KFC Forges got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin De Raeve. If Senne Caes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stephan Van Bockorst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Senne Caes in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Jannick Heers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan Van Bockorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Senne Caes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stephan Van Bockorst having to make a save. Senne Caes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephan Van Bockorst having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Jannick Heers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilfried Vuerinx kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Stephan Van Bockorst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jannick Heers in the 89th minute of play. Senne Caes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Stephan Van Bockorst tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stephan Van Bockorst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Senne Caes, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Bokstale players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
