With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerry De Kerpel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henk Stuckers struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. The referee ignored FC Trembleur's protests and gave Jannes Van den Inde a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Trembleur getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. In the 65th minute of the match, Henk Stuckers tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jerry De Kerpel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Simon Vercasteren managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Roozenhoek's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Vercasteren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerry De Kerpel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henk Stuckers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jerry De Kerpel was a little too slow when Henk Stuckers got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 0-4. KFC Roozenhoek's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
