Arno Delaplace showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward De Becker in the 10th minute of the match. Lorenzo Matthieu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piet Vissenaekens went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Lorenzo Matthieu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francis Vanooteghem in the 16th minute of play. Francis Vanooteghem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. FC Potten Breken's Jamie De Jonghe couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for VVV Heusden-Zolder. When Piet Vissenaekens came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the VVV Heusden-Zolder fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piet Vissenaekens couldn't finish the play. When VVV Heusden-Zolder's Francis Vanooteghem in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 51 minutes, Piet Vissenaekens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VVV Heusden-Zolder's supporters crossed their fingers, but Piet Vissenaekens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 55 minutes into the match, FC Potten Breken's goal looked a bit too open when Kieth Van der Goten came free, but Lorenzo Matthieu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piet Vissenaekens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the game, Piet Vissenaekens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lorenzo Matthieu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute of the match Laurend Huvenaerts sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenzo Matthieu skillfully saved the ball. Lorenzo Matthieu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francis Vanooteghem in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, FC Potten Breken's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Vanooteghem came free, but Lorenzo Matthieu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piet Vissenaekens in the 94th minute of play forced FC Potten Breken's goalkeeper Lorenzo Matthieu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
