When Jeffery Van Hoeij came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the FC Gerbalona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeffery Van Hoeij couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Mark Weynants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitri Vissenaeckens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Wouter Dumont hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zemst's goalkeeper Dany-Adams Van Glabeeke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Zemst's goal looked a bit too open when Natan Raeijmaeckers came free, but Dany-Adams Van Glabeeke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeffery Van Hoeij sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dany-Adams Van Glabeeke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dries Taverniers in the 28th minute of the match. When Natan Raeijmaeckers came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the FC Gerbalona fans jumped to their feet. In the 40thth minute of the game Natan Raeijmaeckers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zemst's Dany-Adams Van Glabeeke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wouter Dumont received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Dany-Adams Van Glabeeke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dany-Adams Van Glabeeke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natan Raeijmaeckers in the 43rd minute of the match. The wind increased when Dries Taverniers made the kick off in the second half.
