Arend Van Hoght kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes RSC Sint-Martens-Leerne got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Stuyck. Brian Verlinden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th match minute, RSC Sint-Martens-Leerne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emile Lefevre to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Nils Coremans sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and RSC Sint-Martens-Leerne's Jasper Van den Bossche didn't even have to move. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Van Mellaert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Klaus Dechamps sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. William Van Mellaert charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Van Mellaert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th match minute, RSC Sint-Martens-Leerne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Van Mellaert to maneuver through the defense. William Van Mellaert received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yves Van Engelen came out and tried to block the shot, but William Van Mellaert slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 69th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Yves Van Engelen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tommi Daems hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Yves Van Engelen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolas Caes in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Brian Verlinden's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jasper Van den Bossche was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. If Tommi Daems had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Corneel Van Laer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played. After 87 played minutes RSC Sint-Martens-Leerne got a freekick which was hit by Corneel Van Laer. Brian Verlinden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jasper Van den Bossche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Nicolas Caes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hesbania FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
