Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Oscar Huts took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Roosendael in the 7th minute of play forced Rapid Arisdonk's goalkeeper Qwinten Paschiers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johannes Roosendael blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Qwinten Paschiers having to make a save. When Matthy Van de Velde came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Rapid Arisdonk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthy Van de Velde couldn't finish the play. Nic Verheijden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qwinten Paschiers having to interfere. Tuur Jacobs struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Mathijs Van Der Weghen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapid Arisdonk. In the 30th minute Oscar Huts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathijs Van Der Weghen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Gunther Meeuwissen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathijs Van Der Weghen made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Tuur Jacobs sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the game, Nic Verheijden cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Qwinten Paschiers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Waalshoek's Mathijs Van Der Weghen got control of the ball when Tuur Jacobs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sander Van de Weijer took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathijs Van Der Weghen. Mathijs Van Der Weghen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to Waalshoek getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gunther Meeuwissen hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Waalshoek's Gunther Meeuwissen got a free kick in the 48th minute. 49 minutes into the match, Rapid Arisdonk's Anthonio Van Landschoot broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 55th minute, Oscar Huts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rapid Arisdonk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Mathijs Van Der Weghen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Huts in the 61st minute of play. Johannes Roosendael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teun Tilemans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tuur Jacobs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathijs Van Der Weghen having to interfere. If Oscar Huts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mathijs Van Der Weghen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuur Jacobs, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute Tuur Jacobs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathijs Van Der Weghen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Rapid Arisdonk's Oscar Huts sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mathijs Van Der Weghen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tuur Jacobs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th match minute, Rapid Arisdonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthy Van de Velde to maneuver through the defense. Mathijs Van Der Weghen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Huts in the 94th minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Oscar Huts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapid Arisdonk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Huts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Johannes Roosendael struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Qwinten Paschiers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Waalshoek. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rapid Arisdonk had won after a very even match.
