Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Rob Biesen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rob Biesen in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Qwinten Paschiers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Tuur Jacobs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Huts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bruno Holemans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tuur Jacobs might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Holemans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tuur Jacobs ran back to his position shaking his head. Tuur Jacobs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bruno Holemans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Oscar Huts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Den Boom In's Bruno Holemans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tuur Jacobs struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Bruno Holemans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapid Arisdonk. After having played for 31 minutes, Oscar Huts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapid Arisdonk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Huts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute Tuur Jacobs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Holemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Holemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuur Jacobs, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Qwinten Paschiers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dyllan Teunis in the 37th minute. Dyllan Teunis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Qwinten Paschiers made a huge save. Rob Biesen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, Den Boom In's goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Jacobs came free, but Bruno Holemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qwinten Paschiers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rob Biesen in the 45th minute of play. Rob Biesen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qwinten Paschiers having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oscar Huts to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Sander Van de Weijer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tuur Jacobs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Bruno Holemans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tuur Jacobs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dyllan Teunis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mitch Poelmans during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Qwinten Paschiers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willem Heijligen, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. A collision led to Rapid Arisdonk getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mitch Poelmans hit a great ball. Rapid Arisdonk's Qwinten Paschiers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dyllan Teunis in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Den Boom In's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Huts came free, but Bruno Holemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Den Boom In's Jeroen vrolix got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute Oscar Huts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Holemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes, Matthy Van de Velde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rapid Arisdonk and the Den Boom In players grew even worse after the yellow card. Matthy Van de Velde kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Dyllan Teunis put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Qwinten Paschiers. Qwinten Paschiers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rob Biesen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tuur Jacobs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
