The tension between the Berkeinde and the Rapid Arisdonk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Martial Gressens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Huts in the 10th minute of play. Evert-Jan Elsens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Qwinten Paschiers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert-Jan Elsens in the 13th minute of play forced Rapid Arisdonk's goalkeeper Qwinten Paschiers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rapid Arisdonk's Oscar Huts got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Huts in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martial Gressens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rapid Arisdonk's Tuur Jacobs was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 19th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Martial Gressens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Huts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oscar Huts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rapid Arisdonk's Oscar Huts got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Oscar Huts notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Berkeinde's Martial Gressens. Martial Gressens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Qwinten Paschiers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mickael Vrijdags, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Rapid Arisdonk's goalkeeper Qwinten Paschiers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfred Van Cleynenbreugel. Mickael Vrijdags recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evert-Jan Elsens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Qwinten Paschiers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Qwinten Paschiers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mickael Vrijdags in the 74th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Sander Van de Weijer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Mickael Vrijdags took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Qwinten Paschiers to make any attempt to save it. Martial Gressens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Huts in the 89th minute of the match. When Evert-Jan Elsens came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Berkeinde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert-Jan Elsens couldn't finish the play. The Berkeinde players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
