Tran Meulemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastien Van Arschot in the 22nd minute of the match. If Christofere Van Gestelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Cubelicious getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Vince van der Eycken hit a great ball. In the 30th minute of the match Jorden De Ketelaere shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominik Elens showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 34th match minute, Cubelicious was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jammy Gendre to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute of the match Jorden De Ketelaere sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominik Elens skillfully saved the ball. After 38 played minutes Sint-Maria-Oudenhove got a freekick which was hit by Brain Cuveliers. 44 minutes into the match, Cubelicious's goal looked a bit too open when Christofere Van Gestelt came free, but Dominik Elens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christofere Van Gestelt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Pierrot Schoovaerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Elens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Philippe-Arnaud Van Der Weghen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastien Van Arschot in the 62nd minute of play forced Sint-Maria-Oudenhove 's goalkeeper Tran Meulemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cubelicious fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Luka Ourogge's late challenge caught a Cubelicious's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luka Ourogge helped the player get up and apologised. Luka Ourogge kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Sint-Maria-Oudenhove 's Tran Meulemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastien Van Arschot in the 76th minute of play. If Goffrey Van Vyve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Matijs Paaps came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Sint-Maria-Oudenhove fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matijs Paaps couldn't finish the play. If Sebastien Van Arschot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
