Jarne Bourguignon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristof Salms having to make a save. 0-2 became the score in the 10th minute when Ben Engelborghs elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Kristof Salms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarne Bourguignon in the 13th minute of the match. Jarne Bourguignon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristof Salms having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in CLUB BRUJAS's zone, Guy Ghesels stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nick Huts came out of the goal and Guy Ghesels tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Guy Ghesels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nick Huts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guy Ghesels in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of CLUB BRUJAS booed when De Dinosaur Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurgen Van Meensel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jarne Bourguignon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of CLUB BRUJAS booed when De Dinosaur Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yoeri Van Achter didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jarne Bourguignon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Ben Engelborghs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brecht De Cock shot from long distance in the 44th minute, but Nick Huts was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The De Dinosaur Boys players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CLUB BRUJAS were winning 0-2.

If Albert Feys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the De Dinosaur Boys defense, Jarne Bourguignon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristof Salms. The De Dinosaur Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristof Salms should have stopped the shot. Nick Huts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Feys in the 67th minute of the match. Albert Feys recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolas Herremans charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Herremans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute there was a penalty for De Dinosaur Boys. Brecht De Cock stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nick Huts. 1-3. In the 95th match minute, De Dinosaur Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Custermans to maneuver through the defense. The CLUB BRUJAS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CLUB BRUJAS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
