An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Raeijmaeckers in the 61st minute of play forced Sporting CP's goalkeeper Sven De Raedemaecker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KAA Tongerlo's Douglas Vandewalle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save KAA Tongerlo from getting a goal against them. 67 minutes into the game, Henri-Patrick Marrant cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Henri-Patrick Marrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute.
