Wes De nuijter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Carels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Heirpoel in the 24th minute of play. Loui Wouters showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvain Denijs in the 31st minute of the match. When Oombergen's Robbin Godefroid, in the 32nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Oombergen. Loui Wouters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvain Denijs in the 35th minute of play. Robbin Godefroid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Loui Wouters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Vanderhaege to make the kick off.
