When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bastian Verheijd to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 70th minute Fernand Gysemans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorie Verhaghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel De Schutter took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorie Verhaghe. Gregorie Verhaghe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Joery Machiels came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Wendelghem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joery Machiels couldn't finish the play. Gregorie Verhaghe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel De Schutter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84thth minute of the game Fredrik Van Achter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Techno Cadamuro F.C.'s Gregorie Verhaghe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute, Joery Machiels left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wendelghem fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Wendelghem had played much better football throughout.
