After 21 minutes of play, LDB United's Harry Huijghens made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matteo Schamp was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, KFC Dessel Sport's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Huijghens came free, but Matteo Schamp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute 俞桦鸿 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matteo Schamp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matteo Schamp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 俞桦鸿 went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Harry Huijghens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KFC Dessel Sport's Matteo Schamp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthoon de Nijs in the 45th minute of play. After 46 played minutes KFC Dessel Sport got a freekick which was hit by Kevin De Weerdt. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Huijghens in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matteo Schamp saved KFC Dessel Sport from getting behind. The KFC Dessel Sport players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LDB United were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nico Van Hinnendaels to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, LDB United's Adolphe Moens got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Nico Van Hinnendaels sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute Nico Van Hinnendaels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Feo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 75 in the game by Harry Huijghens from a close distance when the talented Matteo Schamp managed to make a qualified save. KFC Dessel Sport's players were relieved. Kevin De Weerdt hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th match minute, LDB United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthis Pelgrims to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Jeremy Sneijers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matteo Schamp made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Harry Huijghens sent off a good shot on target.
