Spectators: 7447 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 100) KSV Pittem's Jorre Luyten started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jorre Luyten received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gregorie Verhaghe came out and tried to block the shot, but Jorre Luyten slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. Gregorie Verhaghe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorre Luyten, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A hard shot 18 in the game by Jacky Schamp from a close distance when the talented Gregorie Verhaghe managed to make a qualified save. Techno Cadamuro F.C.'s players were relieved. 19 minutes into the match, Techno Cadamuro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jorre Luyten came free, but Gregorie Verhaghe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Jorre Luyten took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Gregorie Verhaghe to make any attempt to save it. When Bastian Verheijd fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Techno Cadamuro F.C.'s protests and gave Bastian Verheijd a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Techno Cadamuro F.C. getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Bastian Verheijd hit a great ball. Gregorie Verhaghe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorre Luyten in the 36th minute of play. When Jorre Luyten came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the KSV Pittem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorre Luyten couldn't finish the play. Jorre Luyten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maurice Van Riel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qwinten Devaux having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Bastian Verheijd made the kick off in the second half. Maurice Van Riel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorre Luyten in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregorie Verhaghe saved Techno Cadamuro F.C. from getting behind. Jacky Schamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gregorie Verhaghe came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by KSV Pittem's Jorre Luyten. But to his dismay, Jorre Luyten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After 65 played minutes KSV Pittem got a freekick which was hit by Jan Everaerts. Jacky Schamp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorie Verhaghe having to interfere. Jacky Schamp scored 4-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gregorie Verhaghe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Jacky Schamp managed to get in a good position for a shot. KSV Pittem's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacky Schamp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gregorie Verhaghe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Jorre Luyten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorie Verhaghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute Emile Demets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorie Verhaghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KSV Pittem fans cheered their team off the field, for while Techno Cadamuro F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
