With an all-out effort, Botswana Meat Commission's Tomm den Pelsmaeker threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Goffrey Van Maestricht, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gabriel De Baere received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. In the 35th play minute Jan-Joost Van Steen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tomm den Pelsmaeker. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Goffrey Van Maestricht in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomm den Pelsmaeker saved Fc Steut from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
