Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bass Uytterhaegen made the kick off which started today's match. When Hamooum's Jacques Jacobs in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RSC Izier's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Hamooum's Crew Crews got control of the ball when Marnix Callaerts tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augustijn Reijckmans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bass Uytterhaegen went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Robbe Van De Look fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustijn Reijckmans having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Hendrik-Jan Van De Wijngaert notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of RSC Izier's Augustijn Reijckmans. Augustijn Reijckmans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacques Jacobs in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augustijn Reijckmans saved RSC Izier from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ryan Bruyninckx during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hamooum's Kenny Valkenaers was substituted for Jacques Jacobs. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of RSC Izier:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hamooum:s goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolaas Godet during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Hamooum booed when RSC Izier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolaas Godet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bass Uytterhaegen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The wind increased when Nicolaas Godet made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in RSC Izier's zone, Kenny Valkenaers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augustijn Reijckmans came out of the goal and Kenny Valkenaers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55thth minute of the game Bass Uytterhaegen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RSC Izier's Augustijn Reijckmans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Robbe Van De Look's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Augustijn Reijckmans skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the RSC Izier defense, Hendrik-Jan Van De Wijngaert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augustijn Reijckmans. The RSC Izier fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augustijn Reijckmans should have stopped the shot. Crew Crews made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marnix Callaerts in the 67th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Marnix Callaerts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Crew Crews was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bass Uytterhaegen in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augustijn Reijckmans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hamooum's Crew Crews played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marnix Callaerts in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of Hamooum booed when RSC Izier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evert Steenbecks didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Marnix Callaerts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Crew Crews. Hamooum's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marnix Callaerts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. If Kenny Valkenaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Robbe Van De Look ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augustijn Reijckmans was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Hamooum's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
