In the 4th minute Thomas-Jan Wuyts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud Maeijnaerts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krankenhause FC's Reinaud Maeijnaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas-Jan Wuyts in the 7th minute of play. After 8 played minutes Krankenhause FC got a freekick which was hit by Rajmond Dhollander. Rajmond Dhollander was shown his second yellow card after 14 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Rajmond Dhollander kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Krankenhause FC's Reinaud Maeijnaerts got control of the ball when Matias Hendrickx tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kobe Laporte got free with Reinaud Maeijnaerts in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Krankenhause FC's Reinaud Maeijnaerts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Krankenhause FC from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes in the game Nicky Lauwers did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Cedric Van Schoorisse. Ludwig Van Riel hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The supporters of Krankenhause FC booed when Gourgues FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicky Lauwers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Krankenhause FC's Edward Huveneers got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krankenhause FC's Reemy Hemelaer suffered a concussion in the 32nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 33 minutes, Claus Paaps mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gourgues FC and the Krankenhause FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Gourgues FC got a freekick which was hit by Claus Paaps. After 34 played minutes Krankenhause FC got a freekick which was hit by Edward Huveneers. After a defensive mix-up in Gourgues FC's zone, Senne Vermeiren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harold De Meyer came out of the goal and Senne Vermeiren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Senne Vermeiren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reinaud Maeijnaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas-Jan Wuyts in the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edward Huveneers made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Thomas-Jan Wuyts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud Maeijnaerts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reinaud Maeijnaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas-Jan Wuyts, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Senne Vermeiren made a precise shot to the right of Harold De Meyer. Gourgues FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Harold De Meyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Huveneers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Krankenhause FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas-Jan Wuyts came free, but Reinaud Maeijnaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reinaud Maeijnaerts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matias Hendrickx's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Reinaud Maeijnaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kobe Laporte in the 69th minute of the match. Kim Dauwen hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Krankenhause FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Hendrickx came free, but Reinaud Maeijnaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute of the match Krankenhause FC got a corner. Gourgues FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raf Portmans ran over to the corner to take the kick. 84 minutes into the match, Krankenhause FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Hendrickx came free, but Reinaud Maeijnaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kobe Laporte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reinaud Maeijnaerts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Kim Dauwen's late challenge caught a Gourgues FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kim Dauwen helped the player get up and apologised. Kim Dauwen kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Krankenhause FC were furious when Jacky Luytens was red carded, 91 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Gourgues FC booed when Krankenhause FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacky Luytens didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kobe Laporte came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Gourgues FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kobe Laporte couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas-Jan Wuyts in the 94th minute of play forced Krankenhause FC's goalkeeper Reinaud Maeijnaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
