When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Thomas-Jan Wuyts sped through Los Manguis & Company's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yannis Cerneels. Steven Huijberechts struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Harold De Meyer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Manguis & Company. The supporters of Gourgues FC booed when Los Manguis & Company was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vince Verheijd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Greg Portai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harold De Meyer having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gourgues FC's Robbin Laureijs got a free kick in the 34th minute. Greg Portai hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Thomas-Jan Wuyts blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yannis Cerneels having to make a save. In the 46th minute, Greg Portai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Greg Portai to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Thomas-Jan Wuyts kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yannis Cerneels. That made the score 0-2 in the 52 minute of play. In the 57th minute Thomas-Jan Wuyts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yannis Cerneels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harold De Meyer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steven Huijberechts in the 60th minute of the match. Gourgues FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Hendrickx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes in the game, Thomas-Jan Wuyts fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Yannis Cerneels having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas-Jan Wuyts in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yannis Cerneels saved Los Manguis & Company from getting behind. When Gourgues FC's Thomas-Jan Wuyts in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Manguis & Company's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Los Manguis & Company getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Steven Huijberechts hit a great ball. When Vince Verheijd fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Manguis & Company's protests and gave Vince Verheijd a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 played minutes Los Manguis & Company got a freekick which was hit by Vince Verheijd. With a little luck, Los Manguis & Company's Yannis Cerneels got control of the ball when Matias Hendrickx tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Steven Huijberechts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Harold De Meyer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Steven Huijberechts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd match minute, Los Manguis & Company was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steven Huijberechts to maneuver through the defense. 1-3 became the score in the 95th minute when Matias Hendrickx elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Gourgues FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los Manguis & Company.
