Yannis Cerneels was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Huveneers in the 17th minute of play forced Los Manguis & Company's goalkeeper Yannis Cerneels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Krankenhause FC's Reinaud Maeijnaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Huijberechts in the 18th minute of play. Rajmond Dhollander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannis Cerneels having to interfere. Rajmond Dhollander hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. If Kim Dauwen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th match minute, Krankenhause FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian Demarez to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Krankenhause FC's Reemy Hemelaer got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes, Los Manguis & Company's Ryan Tilens shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Reinaud Maeijnaerts came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Manguis & Company reached it. Steven Pastijns hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the game, Rajmond Dhollander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Krankenhause FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

51 minutes into the match, Los Manguis & Company's goal looked a bit too open when Senne Vermeiren came free, but Yannis Cerneels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Senne Vermeiren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Yannis Cerneels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Rajmond Dhollander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Krankenhause FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rajmond Dhollander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yannis Cerneels breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Rajmond Dhollander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Krankenhause FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rajmond Dhollander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yannis Cerneels breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yannis Cerneels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Dauwen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rajmond Dhollander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannis Cerneels having to interfere. After having played for 85 minutes, Steven Huijberechts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Manguis & Company's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steven Huijberechts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rajmond Dhollander fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Krankenhause FC's protests and gave Rajmond Dhollander a yellow card for diving instead. Rajmond Dhollander kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Greg Portai in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reinaud Maeijnaerts saved Krankenhause FC from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Krankenhause FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
