In the 22nd minute, Douglas Sneijers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vroegeinde fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Douglas Sneijers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar De Vorster in the 32nd minute of play forced Vroegeinde's goalkeeper Joachim Gobbelijns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Douglas Sneijers was the one to do the kick off. If Samuel Geijselinckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxime Devaux's late challenge caught a Temsbroek's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 93 minutes, Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Temsbroek and the Vroegeinde players grew even worse after the yellow card.
