Rocky Vanden Berghe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Matias Van Leempten came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Haringe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Van Leempten couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Jan-Simon Franckx managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hectic's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Simon Franckx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dries Van Aghten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rocky Vanden Berghe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Lars De Malier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 17 in the game by Rocky Vanden Berghe from a close distance when the talented Lars De Malier managed to make a qualified save. Hectic's players were relieved. Mats Degraef's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dries Van Aghten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Dries Van Aghten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Demarez in the 20th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Lars De Malier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rocky Vanden Berghe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars De Malier having to interfere. Dries Van Aghten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Simon Franckx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mats Degraef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 played minutes Hectic got a freekick which was hit by Arnold Adriaensens. 38 minutes into the game, one of Haringe:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Jan-Simon Franckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Wout Coekx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars De Malier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Van Leempten in the 55th minute of the match. When Hectic's Mats Degraef, in the 56th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Hectic. Jaques Lambert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Benjamin Van der Weijden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Degraef scored 0-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dries Van Aghten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stephen Van Looy was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, one of Hectic:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hectic. The referee gave Haringe a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benjamin Van der Weijden, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hectic's Lars De Malier. 1-2. Lars De Malier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rocky Vanden Berghe in the 74th minute of the match. Mats Degraef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mats Degraef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Mats Degraef left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hectic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Hectic left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Haringe.
