Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) SC Bierbeek's Emmanouil Tsioris started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Emmanouil Tsioris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. SC Bierbeek's Pierre-Paul Serneels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Theunis in the 5th minute of play. Emmanouil Tsioris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eddy Theunis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre-Paul Serneels having to interfere. Pierre-Paul Serneels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Theunis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Eddy Theunis made a precise shot to the right of Pierre-Paul Serneels. SC Bierbeek's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emmanouil Tsioris in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Bormans saved KV Tongrinne from getting behind. Emmanouil Tsioris blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enzo Bormans having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Steven De Marrez managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Bierbeek's supporters rose to their feet, but Steven De Marrez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Bormans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enzo Bormans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emmanouil Tsioris, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Cederic Styles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KV Tongrinne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Bierbeek the free kick. A collision led to KV Tongrinne getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Cederic Styles hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Emmanouil Tsioris managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpected shot in the 50th minute by Emmanouil Tsioris got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Eddy Theunis made the kick off in the second half. If Jilian Buyck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emmanouil Tsioris might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Bormans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emmanouil Tsioris ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th match minute, KV Tongrinne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilian Descamps to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the KV Tongrinne defense, Emmanouil Tsioris kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Bormans. The KV Tongrinne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Bormans should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute, Emmanouil Tsioris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Bierbeek fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Emmanouil Tsioris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Bormans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanouil Tsioris in the 98th minute of the match. SC Bierbeek's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
