Roger Justus came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Grammene's Max Ceusters. But to his dismay, Max Ceusters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, F.C. Waereghem's Eric Pulix got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Fre Gevaert got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Anthony Staes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roger Justus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arno Slegers in the 26th minute of play. Roger Justus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achilles Van der Voert in the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Grammene's Max Ceusters nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roger Justus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Roger Justus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fre Gevaert in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Achilles Van der Voert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Justus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Grammene's Max Ceusters dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. William Van Kelf hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the game, Achilles Van der Voert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grammene's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. Waereghem the free kick. After a rather tough play, Grammene's Achilles Van der Voert got a free kick in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anthony Staes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Max Ceusters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Justus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. Waereghem's Roger Justus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arno Slegers in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, F.C. Waereghem's goal looked a bit too open when Arno Slegers came free, but Roger Justus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C. Waereghem's Roger Justus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Ceusters in the 57th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, F.C. Waereghem's goal looked a bit too open when Fre Gevaert came free, but Roger Justus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Achilles Van der Voert took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roger Justus. Roger Justus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Roger Justus came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Grammene's Fre Gevaert. But to his dismay, Fre Gevaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 89th minute Achilles Van der Voert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Justus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute Max Ceusters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Justus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Grammene fully deserved thier win.
