Raf Haentjens got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Laurend Spoelbergh. In the 37th minute of the match, Oswald Van Caels tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gertjan Imberechts saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. KV Wanzele's Michel Verheijd managed to work through Three Towers United's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Michel Verheijd dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Gertjan Imberechts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oswald Van Caels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roderik Huyterhoeven in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bob Boegaert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raf Haentjens made in the 46th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Laurend Spoelbergh immediately put the ball in play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oswald Van Caels stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bob Boegaert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roderik Huyterhoeven in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of KV Wanzele booed when Three Towers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erwin-Alexander Ceroux didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Robert De Geutter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bob Boegaert was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. When the match was over Three Towers United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KV Wanzele throughout the match.
