Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The throw-in from Rafael Adriaens in the 5th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KSV Sottegem's Raf Rondou. 7 minutes into the match, KSV Sottegem's goal looked a bit too open when Matias De Meyer came free, but Nélson Brites reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes KSV Sottegem got a freekick which was hit by Yaşar Nuri Buğrahan. KSV Sottegem's Arman Bammerman got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafael Adriaens made in the 12th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Matias De Meyer however managed to control. After some careless play in the KSV Sottegem defense, Cedrik Rousseau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nélson Brites. The KSV Sottegem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nélson Brites should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Julien Lanfan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute Cedrik Rousseau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nélson Brites saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans Van den Gans struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Nélson Brites didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zelda Fc. In the 23rd minute, Arman Bammerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nélson Brites made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brent-Jan Robijns in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Arman Bammerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Brent-Jan Robijns recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nélson Brites. Brent-Jan Robijns showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, KSV Sottegem's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Van den Gans came free, but Nélson Brites reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nélson Brites made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Brent-Jan Robijns sent off a good shot on target. Ief Decloedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arman Bammerman's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Rafael Adriaens made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cedrik Rousseau. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arman Bammerman was the one to do the kick off. Nélson Brites showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cedrik Rousseau in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Arman Bammerman lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Ief Decloedt. Nélson Brites took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Van den Gans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raf Rondou's late challenge caught a Zelda Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raf Rondou helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Raf Rondou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nélson Brites showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias De Meyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Matias De Meyer notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of KSV Sottegem's Nélson Brites. Nélson Brites was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brent-Jan Robijns fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nélson Brites having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias De Meyer in the 89th minute of play forced KSV Sottegem's goalkeeper Nélson Brites to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nélson Brites showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brent-Jan Robijns in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Zelda Fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
