Sebastian Van Bouschot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 11th minute, Aslan Spor32's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tijs Van Gorpt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaetan De Coninck in the 13th minute of play forced Aslan Spor32's goalkeeper Sebastian Van Bouschot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herman Kortens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu Bosmans in the 15th minute of play. Mathieu Bosmans scored 2-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herman Kortens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tijs Van Gorpt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes, Matty Hauwaerts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aslan Spor32 and the De Huppelende Zebras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes Aslan Spor32 got a freekick which was hit by Matty Hauwaerts. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Rueda during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Alex Rueda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the De Huppelende Zebras defense, Tobias Van Achtens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herman Kortens. The De Huppelende Zebras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herman Kortens should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Mathieu Bosmans had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herman Kortens. De Huppelende Zebras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathieu Bosmans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Tijs Van Gorpt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tijs Van Gorpt in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Van Bouschot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd minute Tijs Van Gorpt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Van Bouschot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Rueda in the 44th minute of play forced Aslan Spor32's goalkeeper Sebastian Van Bouschot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conny Sjöberg got free with Sebastian Van Bouschot in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aslan Spor32's Sebastian Van Bouschot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Sjöberg in the 48th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tijs Van Gorpt to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, De Huppelende Zebras's Herman Kortens got control of the ball when Mattheo Engelbert tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mathieu Bosmans kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Herman Kortens. That made the score 2-4 in the 54 minute of play. Alex Rueda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Van Bouschot having to interfere. De Huppelende Zebras's Herman Kortens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save De Huppelende Zebras from getting a goal against them. After 62 played minutes De Huppelende Zebras got a freekick which was hit by Gert-Jan Verduyckt. Herman Kortens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joris Cempenaers in the 64th minute. Sebastian Van Bouschot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Sjöberg in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Tijs Van Gorpt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Sebastian Van Bouschot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute Jerry Goebelens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Van Bouschot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 74 minutes into the game, when Gaetan De Coninck put in a rough tackle. Gaetan De Coninck hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brend Van der Poorten got free with Herman Kortens in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 78 minutes into the match, Aslan Spor32's goal looked a bit too open when Conny Sjöberg came free, but Sebastian Van Bouschot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jerry Goebelens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathieu Bosmans charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathieu Bosmans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Aslan Spor32 getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mathieu Bosmans hit a great ball.
