Storm U18's Stefan Rondou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brent Selleslags in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Storm U18's goal looked a bit too open when Brent Selleslags came free, but Stefan Rondou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Rondou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles-Antoine Gijselinckx in the 17th minute of the match. Storm U18's Stefan Rondou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Gijselinx in the 19th minute of play. When Tijs Van Bever came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Sporting Lokeren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tijs Van Bever couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the game, Tijs Van Bever was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Lokeren's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Storm U18 the free kick. In the 27th minute, Tijs Van Bever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Rondou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brent Selleslags's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 31st match minute, Storm U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthy Van Hoyveldt to maneuver through the defense. Charles-Antoine Gijselinckx hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Vicente Gijselinx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefan Rondou was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Storm U18's Stefan Rondou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Gijselinx in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tijs Van Bever in the 44th minute of play forced Storm U18's goalkeeper Stefan Rondou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefan Rondou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tijs Van Bever in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brent Selleslags to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Jens Sas put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Stefan Rondou. Vicente Gijselinx in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stefan Rondou, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 65th minute, Sporting Lokeren's Brent Selleslags ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stefan Rondou. Stefan Rondou yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. A collision led to Storm U18 getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Bas Vrancken hit a great ball. Stefan Rondou made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Vicente Gijselinx sent off a good shot on target. Tijs Van Bever scored 0-8 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Rondou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd play minute Vicente Gijselinx came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Stefan Rondou. 0-9. In the 91st minute Rudy Van Eijcke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gery Du Bois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Rondou was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Brent Selleslags showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 94 minute of play.
