Okapi aalstar's Loid De Kepper proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Okapi aalstar from getting a goal against them. In the 5th minute Tijs Van Gorpt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loid De Kepper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Tijs Van Gorpt took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Loid De Kepper to make any attempt to save it. In the 11th minute Tijs Van Gorpt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loid De Kepper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Okapi aalstar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Leemans to maneuver through the defense. Loid De Kepper made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Conny Sjöberg sent off a good shot on target. Jorne De Worteleer hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Herman Kortens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Thijs in the 20th minute of play. Loid De Kepper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tijs Van Gorpt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jelle Marant in the 23rd minute of play forced De Huppelende Zebras's goalkeeper Herman Kortens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerry Goebelens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Loid De Kepper made a huge save. Jerry Goebelens struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Loid De Kepper didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for De Huppelende Zebras. Conny Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Conny Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the De Huppelende Zebras defense, Jelle Marant kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herman Kortens. The De Huppelende Zebras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herman Kortens should have stopped the shot. Jelle Marant kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Okapi aalstar's goal looked a bit too open when Tijs Van Gorpt came free, but Loid De Kepper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 51stth minute of the game Conny Sjöberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Okapi aalstar's Loid De Kepper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Loid De Kepper came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by De Huppelende Zebras's Alex Rueda. But to his dismay, Alex Rueda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 61st minute, Jelle Marant made a precise shot to the right of Herman Kortens. De Huppelende Zebras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 64 minutes into the game, Tijs Van Gorpt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Loid De Kepper was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Okapi aalstar's Herman Kortens threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jorne De Worteleer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Loid De Kepper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tijs Van Gorpt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tijs Van Gorpt scored 4-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loid De Kepper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tijs Van Gorpt scored 5-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loid De Kepper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
