After 6 minutes, Brian Van Eynde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LeRoeulx and the Okapi aalstar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Brian Van Eynde kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Okapi aalstar getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jorne De Worteleer hit a great ball. LeRoeulx's Jabbar De Roeulx shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 16th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Loid De Kepper but with some difficulty. The supporters of Okapi aalstar booed when LeRoeulx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascal Van der Willeghem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claude Persoons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jelle Marant in the 18th minute of play. Brian Van Eynde was shown his second yellow card after 26 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, LeRoeulx's Brian Van Eynde got a free kick in the 26th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Okapi aalstar's Jorre Petermans tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Martial Stuijckens kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Jorre Petermans sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claude Persoons skillfully saved the ball. After 35th play minutes Rik Winnepennincks shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Loid De Kepper and just under the crossbar into goal. 40 minutes into the game, LeRoeulx's Rik Winnepennincks nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Loid De Kepper made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 3-0 became the score in the 45th minute when Rik Winnepennincks elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pascal Van der Willeghem hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Claude Persoons made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jelle Marant in the 52nd minute. Jelle Marant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claude Persoons having to interfere. Jens Thijs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Okapi aalstar getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jeffrey Van De Look hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Okapi aalstar's Jelle Marant slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claude Persoons. That made the score 5-1 after 70 minutes of play. Loid De Kepper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jabbar De Roeulx in the 73rd minute of play. Loid De Kepper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rik Winnepennincks in the 74th minute of the match. Loid De Kepper came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by LeRoeulx's Jabbar De Roeulx. But to his dismay, Jabbar De Roeulx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Rik Winnepennincks sped through Okapi aalstar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Loid De Kepper. Jens Thijs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Claude Persoons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LeRoeulx's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
