Cedrik De Muysere started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sporting Ledeseyde! The audience was convinced that Danny Schoutens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joannes Antheunis was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Joannes Antheunis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Verhaghen in the 16th minute of the match. Lauren Van Den Abeele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaert Neirynck having to interfere. Remco Roeland kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute of the match, Cedrik De Muysere tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Reinaert Neirynck saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 21 minutes into the match, Cedrik De Muysere had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reinaert Neirynck. Sporting Ledeseyde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cedrik De Muysere was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 24 played minutes Sporting Ledeseyde got a freekick which was hit by Garry Neesens. Lauren Van Den Abeele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaert Neirynck having to interfere. Reinaert Neirynck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cedrik De Muysere, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to PELT VV getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jos Laremans hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Cedrik De Muysere fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Lauren Van Den Abeele managed to get in a good position for a shot. PELT VV's supporters rose to their feet, but Lauren Van Den Abeele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinaert Neirynck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cedrik De Muysere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Jannic De Wilde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reinaert Neirynck was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 45 minutes into the match, Sporting Ledeseyde's goal looked a bit too open when Cedrik De Muysere came free, but Reinaert Neirynck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When Cedrik De Muysere came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the PELT VV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cedrik De Muysere couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Cedrik De Muysere ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reinaert Neirynck was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Lauren Van Den Abeele managed to get in a good position for a shot. PELT VV's supporters rose to their feet, but Lauren Van Den Abeele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 67th minute, Cedrik De Muysere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steffen De Wever charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Steffen De Wever the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 73 minutes into the match, PELT VV's goalkeeper Joannes Antheunis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerry Verhaghen. Lauren Van Den Abeele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th match minute, Sporting Ledeseyde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robbrecht Cuppens to maneuver through the defense. Jannic De Wilde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, PELT VV's Lauren Van Den Abeele nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reinaert Neirynck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Reinaert Neirynck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jannic De Wilde in the 84th minute of play. Lauren Van Den Abeele blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reinaert Neirynck having to make a save. Remco Roeland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Joannes Antheunis made a huge save. Cedrik De Muysere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaert Neirynck having to interfere. Jannic De Wilde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Sporting Ledeseyde getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Remco Roeland hit a great ball. PELT VV's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
