But to his dismay, Tjorven Wery quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Karel Jannes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jannis Van Vyve in the 40th minute of play. Karel Jannes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tjorven Wery in the 44th minute of the match.

A collision led to Rema United getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Frederick Gallot hit a great ball. Rema United's Karel Jannes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Rema United from getting a goal against them. When Jorn De Meijer came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the FC Het Altaar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorn De Meijer couldn't finish the play. Gery Schouters's late challenge caught a FC Het Altaar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gery Schouters helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes Rema United got a freekick which was hit by Gery Schouters. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tjorven Wery got free with Karel Jannes in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Rema United's Karel Jannes got control of the ball when Tjorven Wery tried to sneak it across the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Jorn De Meijer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karel Jannes, 0-7. Karel Jannes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tjorven Wery's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 81stth minute of the game Tjorven Wery who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rema United's Karel Jannes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Tjorven Wery's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karel Jannes was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. After 95 played minutes Rema United got a freekick which was hit by Gery Schouters. When the final whistle sounded FC Het Altaar left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rema United.
