Spectators: 7966 (Terracing: 5976, Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 158) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andy Uytdebroeck made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 played minutes Rema United got a freekick which was hit by Stan Koten. After 8 minutes of play, Fc Oxford's Kenney Stuckers made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karel Jannes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, Reinaert Raeimakers notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rema United's Karel Jannes. Karel Jannes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karel Jannes came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Oxford's Reinaert Raeimakers. But to his dismay, Reinaert Raeimakers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Karel Jannes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinaert Raeimakers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kenney Stuckers scored 0-4 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karel Jannes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Karel Jannes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenney Stuckers, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th match minute, Rema United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benne Huveneers to maneuver through the defense. Karel Jannes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Uytdebroeck in the 28th minute of play. Gust Sneijers scored 0-5 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karel Jannes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fc Oxford's Reinaert Raeimakers got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rema United's Karel Jannes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenney Stuckers in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th minute Louis-Philippe Beets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karel Jannes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerome Goovaers to make the kick off. With a little luck, Rema United's Karel Jannes got control of the ball when Reinaert Raeimakers tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Fc Oxford's Reinaert Raeimakers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karel Jannes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Reinaert Raeimakers's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karel Jannes firmly grabbed it by the left post. Karel Jannes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andy Uytdebroeck went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Karel Jannes came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Oxford's Kenney Stuckers. But to his dismay, Kenney Stuckers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Gery Schouters kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Reinaert Raeimakers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Oxford fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. When the final whistle sounded Fc Oxford left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rema United.
