PELT VV's Jos Laremans quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Cedrik De Muysere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Cedrik De Muysere put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rens Haesevoets. In the 12th minute PELT VV were awarded a corner. Lauren Van Den Abeele went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of KFC Bomal-Sur-Ourthe's goalie and right to Laurens Izemborgh. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. KFC Bomal-Sur-Ourthe's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 16th minute, Cedrik De Muysere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lauren Van Den Abeele might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rens Haesevoets. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lauren Van Den Abeele ran back to his position shaking his head. If Cedrik De Muysere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Cedrik De Muysere put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Rens Haesevoets. Edgard Depelsmaker was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jannick Van Der Talen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joannes Antheunis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jannick Van Der Talen in the 34th minute of the match. Rens Haesevoets came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by PELT VV's Lauren Van Den Abeele. But to his dismay, Lauren Van Den Abeele quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cedrik De Muysere in the 40th minute of play forced KFC Bomal-Sur-Ourthe's goalkeeper Rens Haesevoets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauren Van Den Abeele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rens Haesevoets having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, PELT VV's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Depelsmaker came free, but Joannes Antheunis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

55 minutes into the game, PELT VV's Lauren Van Den Abeele nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rens Haesevoets made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Cedrik De Muysere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rens Haesevoets having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Cedrik De Muysere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cedrik De Muysere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lauren Van Den Abeele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Rens Haesevoets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to PELT VV getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Jos Laremans hit a great ball. KFC Bomal-Sur-Ourthe's Andries Humblets couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for PELT VV. PELT VV played a much better game than KFC Bomal-Sur-Ourthe and deserved their victory. The KFC Bomal-Sur-Ourthe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
