Spectators: 6838 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Harald Cantillon kicked off to start the match. Kon.Bresvlim's Gilian Van Eijken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Kon.Bresvlim from getting a goal against them. After having played for 4 minutes, Natan Engels managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kon.Bresvlim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natan Engels was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Sebastien Liboton came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Kon.Bresvlim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastien Liboton couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute, Natan Engels made a precise shot to the right of David Volders. Staak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gilian Van Eijken made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Roel Van Huyck sent off a good shot on target. Daniel De Werdt's late challenge caught a Staak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel De Werdt helped the player get up and apologised. After recieving a nice pass, Staak's Vince Adriaens tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Julius Huijberechts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Volders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilian Van Eijken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert-Jan Vercasteren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Floris Rockeloos's late challenge caught a Kon.Bresvlim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Floris Rockeloos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, Staak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Floris Rockeloos to maneuver through the defense. When Tony Van Beersel fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Staak's protests and gave Tony Van Beersel a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kon.Bresvlim booed when Staak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fre Lanphant didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gino Stas hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Harald Cantillon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kon.Bresvlim's Sebastien Liboton got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Natan Engels took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Volders. David Volders dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to Staak getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Camiel Leroy hit a great ball. Kon.Bresvlim's Gilian Van Eijken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Van Beersel in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Evert-Jan Vercasteren made the kick off in the second half. David Volders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julius Huijberechts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harald Cantillon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Volders read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Staak's Tony Van Beersel got his second yellow card of the match in the 56th minute. The referee ordered Tony Van Beersel off the ground. Tony Van Beersel kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to Kon.Bresvlim getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Sebastien Liboton hit a great ball. In the 60th minute of the match Gino Stas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilian Van Eijken skillfully saved the ball. Sebastien Liboton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. David Volders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sebastien Liboton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 65 minutes into the match, Staak's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Cantillon came free, but David Volders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Sebastien Liboton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Volders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Natan Engels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Staak's David Volders proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Staak from getting a goal against them. David Volders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julius Huijberechts, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Staak's zone, Julius Huijberechts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Volders came out of the goal and Julius Huijberechts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Staak's David Volders got control of the ball when Karel-Jan Roose tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 93 minutes, Harald Cantillon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kon.Bresvlim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harald Cantillon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Staak's goalkeeper David Volders, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kon.Bresvlim played a much better game than Staak and deserved their victory. The Staak players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
