Jeffrey Valckeneers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Willemeau. Alek Salms stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vicente Ketelers. 0-1. Bartjan Kerstens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 16 played minutes Willemeau got a freekick which was hit by Cederik Lache. Bartjan Kerstens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bertan Helsens came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartjan Kerstens slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 17th minute. A collision led to KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Niki Langhmans hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeffrey Valckeneers in the 27th minute of play forced KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove's goalkeeper Vicente Ketelers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Guust Van der Vorst managed to get in a good position for a shot. Willemeau's supporters rose to their feet, but Guust Van der Vorst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Ketelers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Robby Verheecke hit a great ball. Niki Langhmans kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Willemeau's Alek Salms tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, Willemeau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gillis Geraerts to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Jeffrey Valckeneers made the kick off in the second half. When Sylvan Van Landewijck fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove's protests and gave Sylvan Van Landewijck a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 55 minutes, Willemeau's Alek Salms got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Vicente Ketelers. Robby Verheecke kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove's zone, Guust Van der Vorst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Ketelers came out of the goal and Guust Van der Vorst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute Jeffrey Valckeneers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Ketelers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robby Verheecke kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Jeffrey Valckeneers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Vicente Ketelers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove's Niki Langhmans got a free kick in the 64th minute. KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove's Vicente Ketelers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeffrey Valckeneers in the 68th minute of play. Guust Van der Vorst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Ketelers having to interfere. Geoffry Stuyck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Bertan Helsens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bertan Helsens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartjan Kerstens, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Bertan Helsens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartjan Kerstens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Willemeau's Stein Schouters got a free kick in the 76th minute. If Bartjan Kerstens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willemeau's Guust Van der Vorst got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gillis Geraerts kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes, KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove's Loid Van Cleynenbreugel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bertan Helsens came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove reached it. 92 minutes into the match, KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove's goal looked a bit too open when Jeffrey Valckeneers came free, but Vicente Ketelers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, KFC Velzeke-Ruddershove's goalkeeper Vicente Ketelers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthew Theuniers. In the 99th minute, Jeffrey Valckeneers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
