Spectators: 7600 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tristan Vanden Berghe kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tristan Vanden Berghe in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Crispijn Deprez saved Club Brugge KV from getting behind. In the 5th minute, Charl Ravoet made a precise shot to the right of Crispijn Deprez. Club Brugge KV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Club Brugge KV getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Levi Haentjens hit a great ball. Crispijn Deprez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charl Ravoet, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Club Brugge KV's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Vanden Berghe came free, but Crispijn Deprez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kota 1 FC ™'s Tristan Vanden Berghe in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Brugge KV's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Club Brugge KV's Tibo Van Looy got a free kick in the 18th minute. Charl Ravoet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charl Ravoet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Crispijn Deprez having to make a save. After 26 minutes, Raymond Liebrechts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kota 1 FC ™ and the Club Brugge KV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tibo Van Looy struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Frank Leers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Brugge KV. Dominic Pardaens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Jochen Volckaerts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Olbrechts was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Dominic Pardaens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes Kota 1 FC ™ got a freekick which was hit by Jochen Volckaerts. Diedrik Winnepenninck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tristan Vanden Berghe in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Crispijn Deprez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Dominic Pardaens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Brugge KV's supporters rose to their feet, but Dominic Pardaens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Leers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Charl Ravoet took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Crispijn Deprez to make any attempt to save it. In the 70th minute Diedrik Winnepenninck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Leers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jochen Volckaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 84th match minute, Club Brugge KV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thompson Olsson to maneuver through the defense. When Dominic Pardaens came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Club Brugge KV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominic Pardaens couldn't finish the play. Tristan Vanden Berghe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Crispijn Deprez came out and tried to block the shot, but Tristan Vanden Berghe slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 91st minute.
