The coaching staff of FCS Pekmere protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arne Emeleers had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Laurent Schoenmakers went to the wrong direction when Augustijn De Geyter was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 25th minute, Walter Jennis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurent Schoenmakers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.
