The Dynamo Marx fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Alphonse Dumont didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carel Huysmans went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 12 minutes, Boris Musseeuw made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Yellow City Devils's Alphonse Dumont tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Ronald Theys ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alphonse Dumont was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The supporters of Dynamo Marx booed when Yellow City Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilian Matthieu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boris Musseeuw ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Glen Imbreghts in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alphonse Dumont prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tommas Verhaghe hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. A collision led to Yellow City Devils getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Yannik Meulders hit a great ball. When Dynamo Marx's Boris Musseeuw in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boris Musseeuw made a kick off. After some careless play in the Yellow City Devils defense, Jesse Van Adorp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alphonse Dumont. The Yellow City Devils fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alphonse Dumont should have stopped the shot. Glen Imbreghts charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glen Imbreghts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Yellow City Devils booed when Dynamo Marx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glen Imbreghts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dynamo Marx's Carel Huysmans was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alphonse Dumont in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Boris Musseeuw's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alphonse Dumont was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. With a little luck, Yellow City Devils's Alphonse Dumont got control of the ball when Glen Imbreghts tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Yellow City Devils's zone, Ronald Theys stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alphonse Dumont was a little too slow when Boris Musseeuw got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-9. In the 71st minute of the match, Ronald Theys tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alphonse Dumont saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Glen Imbreghts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Alphonse Dumont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Glen Imbreghts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Alphonse Dumont was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boris Musseeuw might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alphonse Dumont. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boris Musseeuw ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the match, Glen Imbreghts notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Yellow City Devils's Alphonse Dumont. Alphonse Dumont was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 91 minutes into the game, Etienne Montens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yellow City Devils's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dynamo Marx the free kick. After a rather tough play, Yellow City Devils's Etienne Montens got a free kick in the 91st minute. Alphonse Dumont made an important save on a dangerous shot by Glen Imbreghts in the 96th minute.
