Spectators: 5001 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when George Vereect kicked off to start the match. Gert-Jan Grammet hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Jaques Raedemaeckers made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Zandvoorde's Charles-Antoine Andries. Zandvoorde's Herbert De Vreese managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jarno Koninkx in the 9 minute of the game. 12 minutes in the game Roger Adriaensens did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bart Bruynincx. After having played for 18 minutes, George Vereect managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zandvoorde's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Vereect was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes in the game Jasper Saelens did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Roger Adriaensens. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Bruynincx in the 25th minute of play forced Zandvoorde's goalkeeper Harrie Smidts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Alek De Geyter notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zandvoorde's Harrie Smidts. Harrie Smidts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 33 minutes into the game, Alek De Geyter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tollembeek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zandvoorde the free kick. Alek De Geyter kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Zandvoorde defense, Jaques Raedemaeckers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harrie Smidts. The Zandvoorde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harrie Smidts should have stopped the shot. Harrie Smidts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nic Christiaens in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Alek De Geyter made a precise shot to the right of Harrie Smidts. Zandvoorde's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Tollembeek's Ron Van Aghten got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Tollembeek were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Walder was the one to do the kick off. Jaques Raedemaeckers might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harrie Smidts. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaques Raedemaeckers ran back to his position shaking his head. If Alek De Geyter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Walder in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harrie Smidts saved Zandvoorde from getting behind. Harrie Smidts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaques Raedemaeckers, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Zandvoorde's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Walder came free, but Harrie Smidts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harrie Smidts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Walder in the 85th minute of the match. Philippe Francx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yens Loremans made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Roger Adriaensens. If Binjamin De Greef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tollembeek players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
