Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Arlo Arruta made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Arlo Arruta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dany Vermeulen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 6th minute, Arlo Arruta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esquirla FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Arlo Arruta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Dany Vermeulen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arlo Arruta struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Dany Vermeulen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esquirla FC. Dany Vermeulen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arlo Arruta, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 19thth minute of the game Arlo Arruta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Melkwezer's Dany Vermeulen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 20 minutes, Arlo Arruta made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. KFC Melkwezer's Dany Vermeulen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Arlo Arruta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Renzo van Hacht's late challenge caught a Esquirla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renzo van Hacht helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Renzo van Hacht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the game, Arlo Arruta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Dany Vermeulen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 29 minutes, Ricki Martín managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esquirla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricki Martín was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute, Arlo Arruta made a precise shot to the right of Dany Vermeulen. KFC Melkwezer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 34th minute, one of KFC Melkwezer:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KFC Melkwezer. Dany Vermeulen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arlo Arruta's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The Esquirla FC fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Esquirla FC's Arlo Arruta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dany Vermeulen came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Esquirla FC's Arlo Arruta. But to his dismay, Arlo Arruta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-9.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mats Verbeeck to strike the kick off in the second half. Georges Verheugen got a throw-in 52 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Fransesco Caspers. In the 54th minute, Arlo Arruta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 55 played minutes KFC Melkwezer got a freekick which was hit by Georges Verheugen. When Esquirla FC's Arlo Arruta in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KFC Melkwezer's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arlo Arruta in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dany Vermeulen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 72 minutes into the match, KFC Melkwezer's goal looked a bit too open when Arlo Arruta came free, but Dany Vermeulen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renzo van Hacht got his second yellow card in the match during the 76th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Esquirla FC booed when KFC Melkwezer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renzo van Hacht didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arlo Arruta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dany Vermeulen having to make a save. 80 minutes into the match, Benjamin Specht dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dany Vermeulen, 0-12. If Arlo Arruta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arlo Arruta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dany Vermeulen having to make a save. Arlo Arruta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Dany Vermeulen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esquirla FC's Lukas Caers was substituted for Arlo Arruta. When the match was over Esquirla FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KFC Melkwezer throughout the match.
