Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek kicked off to start the match. Dany Vermeulen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Huybrechts, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dany Vermeulen. Alan Huybrechts struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Dany Vermeulen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZVC Wellen. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Dany Vermeulen. In the 21st minute, Fransesco Caspers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to KFC Melkwezer getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Arno Pellegrims hit a great ball. Aaron De Maerschalck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Dany Vermeulen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dany Vermeulen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bartjan Slegers came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the ZVC Wellen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartjan Slegers couldn't finish the play.
