The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joop Eggers to strike the kick off in the second half. Guillaume Schepens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joop Eggers, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Jorne Sulem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When schoten's Joop Eggers in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rapid Mollem's goalie prevented a goal. There was no doubt that Rapid Mollem were the better team. Rapid Mollem's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
