With an all-out effort, DF Youth Academy's Lennart Peeters threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robbie van Elderen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bruno Van Brussel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lennart Peeters firmly grabbed it by the left post. Steffe Van Impe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Quillian Vereect having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Steffe Van Impe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Quillian Vereect was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. 46 minutes into the match, Ultras Muizen 367's goal looked a bit too open when Robbie van Elderen came free, but Lennart Peeters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute of the match, Tim-Jan Van Halbeeck tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lennart Peeters saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

After a rather tough play, Ultras Muizen 367's Rudi Van Meel got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Bruno Van Brussel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lennart Peeters. Ultras Muizen 367's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Van Brussel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Lennart Peeters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim-Jan Van Halbeeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robbie van Elderen in the 61st minute of play forced Ultras Muizen 367's goalkeeper Lennart Peeters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Steffe Van Impe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Ultras Muizen 367 defense, Robbie van Elderen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lennart Peeters. The Ultras Muizen 367 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lennart Peeters should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim-Jan Van Halbeeck in the 76th minute of play forced Ultras Muizen 367's goalkeeper Lennart Peeters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Robbie van Elderen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Peeters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quillian Vereect breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the match, Ultras Muizen 367's goal looked a bit too open when Robbie van Elderen came free, but Lennart Peeters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Van Brussel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lennart Peeters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Robbie van Elderen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lennart Peeters was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0.
