The crowd rose to their feet as Matthias Clement kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Quillian Vereect. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Quillian Vereect showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoor Laureijs in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Robbie van Elderen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bradly Bain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quillian Vereect showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoor Laureijs, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Isidoor Laureijs didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-0 via right post in the game's 36th minute. FC wilsele's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 45 minutes into the game, Timur Polyanskiy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC wilsele's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DF Youth Academy the free kick. A collision led to DF Youth Academy getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robbie van Elderen was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC wilsele's Gustav Flocquier got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Harold Jannis got a throw-in 56 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Cazimir Frântu. Quillian Vereect showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Clement in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, DF Youth Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred De Scheper to maneuver through the defense. Birger De Schutter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the game, one of FC wilsele:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. DF Youth Academy's Quillian Vereect played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger De Schutter in the 75th minute of play. After some careless play in the DF Youth Academy defense, Birger De Schutter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quillian Vereect. The DF Youth Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quillian Vereect should have stopped the shot. Quillian Vereect took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger De Schutter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 85 minutes, Birger De Schutter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC wilsele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birger De Schutter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC wilsele's Wim Terhorst got a free kick in the 87th minute. DF Youth Academy's Quillian Vereect played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger De Schutter in the 90th minute of play. Remco Van Hallebeecke made in the 92nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Robert Lefebre immediately put the ball in play. With 93 minutes on the clock, Matthias Clement commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to FC wilsele getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Matthias Clement hit a great ball. If Roel Van Hove had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Birger De Schutter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Quillian Vereect tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
